This Privacy Policy explains how MindLoop (“the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects your information. MindLoop helps users map thought loops, reflect on triggers, emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and patterns, and optionally receive AI-generated analysis and insights.

MindLoop is intended for self-reflection and personal awareness. It does not provide medical, psychological therapy, diagnostic, legal, or other professional advice. 1. Information We Collect

1.1 Content You Provide

When you create loops or use AI analysis, you may provide:

• loop titles;
• node text, such as triggers, thoughts, emotions, behaviors, body sensations, or contextual factors;
• relationships between nodes;
• insights you select in the AI analysis flow;
• micro-experiments added based on AI suggestions.

This content may include information about your emotions, stress, life events, work, study, relationships, or other personal experiences. Please avoid entering highly sensitive information that you do not want processed, such as government ID numbers, payment card details, precise addresses, passwords, or private information about others.

1.2 Data Used for AI Analysis

When you tap “AI Analysis,” the App prepares the current loop title and node text as an analysis request and sends it to the configured AI service provider to generate:

• panoramic summaries;
• multi-dimensional insights;
• integrated analysis;
• micro-experiment suggestions.

The current project configuration defaults to Alibaba Cloud DashScope-compatible APIs and Qwen models. If the AI provider is changed or additional providers are added, this Privacy Policy should be updated accordingly.
